Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES SELLER: PERA FRİGO İTHALAT VE İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Address: Hatip Mah. Akasma Sk. ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's online store. ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the product are as stated in the order summary. Prices include VAT. ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY The product is delivered by cargo to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. Products are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without any justification within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The withdrawal notice must be sent to perafrigo2@gmail.com. ARTICLE 6 — PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 7 — DISPUTE Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes. The BUYER declares that by placing the order, they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
